Answer:

SmartConnect™ is a pioneer cloud service that is being utilized by select APC by SE UPS models. This can allow an end user monitor their devices with ease no matter where they are in the Globe simplifying UPS management and maintenance.

As of this writing, there is no existing Application Programming Interface related to APC by SE SmartConnect™. This is a cloud service that is proprietary to APC by SE.

Our APC by SE Network Management Cards could offer other protocols such as SNMP that can be used for this purpose as an alternative.
