The YQ suffix represents a factory installed fixed handle Lock OFF only padlock device.

B frame - LV426906 (Unit mount) or LV426908 (I-line)
H and J frame - HJPAF
L frame - NJPAF
Q frame - QBPAF, QBPAFLH (Left Side)
M, P, and R frame - MPRPAF
