MGE NMC Password reset

Environment:
All Product models, all serial numbers

Cause:
How do I reset my MGE NMC Password. Customer lost or does not know the default user name / password for web access to the NMC

Resolution:
The default user name / password are: MGEUPS (for both and must be in caps) If the issue requires an actual reset of values note that the card must be removed from its slot and we recommend the user place the UPS into bypass / maintenance bypass for this due to risk of operational state change if UPS is left online.
