PowerChute can only shutdown full licensed ESXi hosts.

Environment:
VMware ESXi versions, 5.x, 6.x, 7.x
Cause:
- VMware restricts RCLI (remote command line interface) administration access for the free version of ESXi (no write access).
- This is an issue with the remote command line interface (RCLI).
Solution:
Purchase VMware Essentials, Standard, Enterprise, Enterprise Plus License https://www.vmware.com/products/cloud-infrastructure/vsphere-foundation
