UPS is not operating On-line or may be transferring to battery power frequently.

The following video details the process for manually adjusting the on-battery transfer thresholds for the Back-UPS Pro M2 & RS with SineWave series. These settings may also be adjusted through PowerChute Personal Edition software on compatible Windows computers.
