Issue:
Downloaded the PowerChute installer for Windows, and the system displays the installer as a file.

Environment:
Supported Windows OS when downloaded the files using Google Chrome.
Cause:
Google Chrome
Solution:
After downloading right click on the file and select rename. Change the name to pcbesetup.exe.
Once the name has been changed you will then be allow to double click on the .exe to run the installer.
