It may be desired to clear the event counter to track power disturbances following a relocation of the UPS or a change to its electrical environment.

Process to reset the device's on-battery event counter using the method below:
- Press the MENU button until Event Counter Screen is displayed.
- Press and hold the MENU button for six seconds.
- While holding down the MENU button, briefly press the POWER button to set Counter to zero.
