NOTE: A Back-UPS model is neither Type-A or Type-B. In the installer PowerChute Serial Shutdown dropdown list, select Back-UPS.
Supported Back-UPS models are:
Most Back-UPS use cable 940-0127, which is USB A to RJ50
Refer to the model's User's Guide if you need help with the proper cable. Or contact local Technical Support using this link. https://www.apc.com/us/en/support/contact-us/.
NOTE: Depending on your location, you will need to change the local support region in the upper right of the web page.
