Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
EcoStruxure Energy Hub subscription pricing is determined by three factors:
- Selected subscription plan (Essential, Advanced or + Advanced)
- Device Credits (number of physical measurement devices used)
- Term duration
Yes. EcoStruxure Energy Hub has one- and three-year term options, which can be renewed at the end of the term.
Device credits are a unit that determines the pricing scale of a subscription plan. A device credit refers to a physical measurement device such as a power/energy metre, intelligent circuit breaker, temperature sensor, etc. Gateways used for communications protocol conversion or cloud connectivity do not consume a device credit when connected to EcoStruxure Energy Hub.
Yes. The cloud-based architecture of EcoStruxure Energy Hubs allows companies to monitor either a single building or multiple buildings using one or more gateways, as well as multiple sites with one or more gateways. Included in any subscription plan is the convenient ability to easily switch between different sites. With the Advanced and + Advanced Plans, you can aggregate data and compare buildings by ranking their overall consumption and, energy intensity (kWh/m2 or square ft.).
EcoStruxure Energy Hub is aligned with the latest global standards, including ASHRAE 90.1 and International Energy Conservation Code based codes in the United States, NABERS in Australia, Decret Tertiare in France and Building Regulations Part L in the United Kingdom, just to name a few. It also helps to meet green building certification requirements such as LEED Energy and Atmosphere and Water Efficiency credits. EcoStruxure Energy Hub supports compliance to any standard that requires permanent site monitoring or load-level energy monitoring.
