Closing an online store: Frequently asked questions
Our online store will be closed on 5 February 2026, and after that, no new orders can be placed. Other applications, including mySchneider, are not affected and will continue to operate normally. Schneider Electric remains committed to providing service through our sales team, customer care, and distribution partners.
- Last day to order: 5 February 2026
- Removal of purchasing access: Immediately after the last order date (purchasing will no longer be possible)
- User account deletion: 30 days after the last order date
- Limited access period: Product information and content pages will still be accessible for a limited time after the last order date
- Final closure: The online store URL will be disabled after the limited access period
We recommend saving all important information or documents before the closure date.

- After that, the “Add to Cart” and “Checkout” functions will be disabled.
- All orders placed before that date will be processed normally.
All orders placed before or on 5 February 2026 will be:
