Closing an online store: Frequently asked questions

• What does closing an online store mean?

  Our online store will be closed on 5 February 2026, and after that, no new orders can be placed. Other applications, including mySchneider, are not affected and will continue to operate normally. Schneider Electric remains committed to providing service through our sales team, customer care, and distribution partners.
• When will the online store close?

  • Last day to order: 5 February 2026
  • Removal of purchasing access: Immediately after the last order date (purchasing will no longer be possible)
  • User account deletion: 30 days after the last order date
  • Limited access period: Product information and content pages will still be accessible for a limited time after the last order date
  • Final closure: The online store URL will be disabled after the limited access period

  We recommend saving all important information or documents before the closure date.
• Can I still place an order?

  • No. Orders can only be placed until 5 February 2026.
  • After that, the “Add to Cart” and “Checkout” functions will be disabled.
  • All orders placed before that date will be processed normally.
• What happen to my pending orders?

  All orders placed before or on 5 February 2026 will be:

  • Processed and shipped according to the normal delivery schedule.

• How can I view my previous orders?

  Your account will be deactivated 30 days after the date of your last order. Please ensure that you have saved all previous order details before this deadline.
• Can I still return or exchange products?

  • Returns: Yes, you can still submit return requests within the permitted return period according to our Sales Terms and Conditions.
  • Warranty claims: Please contact our customer care team to submit a warranty claim.

  If you need to submit a claim in the future, please email customercare.id@se.com and include your order number and contact information.

• How do I access my customer account information?

  • Important: Access to your user account will be revoked 30 days after the online store closure.Save your order history and account information before the deadline.
  • Note: If you have a Schneider Electric account for other services, your login information (username and password) will remain active and will not be affected by the online store closure.
• Can I still use product information guides or instructions?

  Yes, product information will be available for a limited time until the online store is finally closed (see the question “When will the online store close?” for more information). You can also find relevant product information and resources on our main website: https://www.se.com/id/id/
• How do I report a problem with a product?

  If you encounter an issue with a product, feel free to contact our customer care team for assistance.
