Error on front display.
Cause
The MiCOM goes through internal checks on the relay and the error code 0x0C170017 stands for SRAM failure.
Resolution
In order to fix the issue cycle power to the relay, if that does not resolve the issue send it in for repair. To start the process for a repair contact Tech Support at 888-797-6468 option 3 or send an e-mail to usenergyts@schneider-electric.com.
