Resolution:
This fault will appear if the remote graphic keypad is used for control and the cable gets disconnected. This is if CMOd = 1 or FMOd = 3.
Check that the cable is still connected and not loose.
Check the keypad for issues or try another keypad.
Check for electrical noise.
