Issue
This resolution describes the issue that occurred with the RETRYLMT parameter on XXMIT Function Block and its solution.
If configuring an XXMIT Function Block in a Unity Momentum PLC using Unity 8.1, 10, or 11, the RETRYLMT function would not work. Regardless of the value assigned to this parameter, there would be no Retries of the message in the event a communication error occurred.

The solution to the XXMIT Retry issue is to upgrade the project to Unity 11.1 and update the PLC firmware to version 1.3 IR4.
