The hardware are essentially identical.  Today, the GP4100 are configured in GP-Pro EX.  Later this year, it will be an option to configure it with Blue when it is released.  The HMISTO7 can only be configured with Vijeo XD.
The main different is be about the driver. Some driver in GP pro ex and Blue are more related to Japanese driver, VXS have more general driver
