Opening a Unity 11 application in Unity 11.1 returns the message 'No valid PLC Project found.

Resolution
If you try to open a Unity 11 application in Unity 11.1 and it contains an EIO configuration, the error messages
'No Valid PLC Project found' and 'Process failed. 1 errors(s), 0 Warning(s)." could get returned. This will occur
if the bus number 1 exist in the EIO configuration.
The issue has been corrected in Unity 12 and will no longer occur.
To resolve the issue, it is recommended to update to Unity 12. In the event that you cannot update to Unity 12,
the following workaround canbe used:

- Change the EIO bus number from 1 to a different number other than 1.
- Save the application as a '.sta' or '.zef' file'
- Open the application with Unity 11.1.
