Can the ATV630 change the elaspe time reference in seconds be change to hours?

Resolution:
No, the elaspe time reference in seconds can not to changed to hours. However it can be reset.
To do so:
Go to menu 4
Go to menu 4.8
Go to Time Counter Reset
Enter Run Time Reset
