What can cause an InFb or internal error 11 on the ATV630 and ATV930 Process drives?

Issue:
ATV660- What can cause a internal error 11 (InFb)?

Product Line:
ATV630, ATV930, ATV660 and ATV960

Environment:
All

Cause:
-Loose connection of the temp. sensors.
-Not correctly connected plugs
- Calibration data of the thermal sensors not correct.

Resolution:
All internal temperature sensor is monitored, for short circuit or open circuit.
If a short circuit / open circuit is detected the InFb occurs.
