Schneider Electric will withdraw CM4000T power quality meters from the market at the end of the year. The recommended replacement for CM4000T will be the new PowerLogic ION9000T power quality meter.
Like the ION9000, the ION9000T is designed with unparalleled innovation to provide the best-in-class accuracy, connectivity, flexibility, compliance, and analysis. In addition, the ION9000T will feature a 10 MHz sampling rate for high-speed impulsive transient detection, twice the sampling rate of CM4000T.
Orders for CM4000T will be accepted through December, however, commercialization may end much sooner due to a diminishing supply of components. Regardless, no CM4000Ts will be sold after December 31, 2019. CM4000Ts will be serviced/repaired for a period of 5 years after the end of commercialization if components are available, otherwise, CM4000Ts will be replaced by ION9000T meters. Technical support will continue indefinitely, as well as continued support in Schneider Electric’s power monitoring software.
