In case the user has lost or has forgotten the program password, there is no way to access the program inside Zelio logic.

The only solution is overwriting the program from the Zelio programming software. There is no secret password to retrieve the old forgotten password.

1. Clear the Program Contained in the Smart Relay
2. Update the Smart Relay Firmware.
