"TC faults" and "TP phase faults" relate to Current Transformer Supervision (CTS) and Voltage Transformer Supervision (VTS), which can be set using the advanced UMI or SFT2841 software.

When enabled, the Sepam relay will supervise the current and voltage sensors and make sure that a phase isn't missing or a fuse isn't blown.
The status of the CTS or VTS can be viewed via Modbus using TS indicators.
