No, a 3710 ACM meter cannot be setup for a Direct Delta connection at 600VLL. The maximum applicable voltage for a delta connection in a 3710 ACM is 120VLN / 208VLL, therefore, PT installation is mandatory in order to use the Delta volts mode in a 3710 ACM for 600VLL.
