INF8 is the Internal Power Supply Fault. Faults appear when control power supply is not correct.
This fault happens when the value is higher than 32V. It also happens when the 24V supply from power board is not correct. The control power supply comes from the power board. You need to check the connection between power board and motor control board. So, we recommend you to verify the connection between power board and motor control board, if the connector of application board is not damaged. If all the connection is good, at first, you need to change the control bloc and if there is always the problem, you need to exchange the power board.
