It is not possible to use Sepam 40 range relays at this frequency. Sepam is designed to be used at standard networks frequency which is 50 or 60 Hz.

At 100-150 Hz frequency, the measurement will be false and don't know if CT or VT can work properly or not at such high frequency.

In this condition, Sepam won't work at all.
