Cause: As per the error code the battery is not connected properly or the batteries are disconnected from the UPS.

Connect battery to the UPS and check whether the fault is cleared.
Even after connecting battery if 'BDC' appears, then
1. Check the battery voltage on the display, check the battery voltage while charging.
2. Check the battery AH (Ampere per Hour) connected and battery AH configured in UPS. A higher AH configuration for a lower AH battery can also lead to this problem. This is specifically true for a low AH batteries.
