The INF7(Internal Hardware Initialisation) fault is a problem with the initialization of ASIC on the power board. The initialization is done by the micro-controller of motor control board. So, the problem can come from a bad connection of ribbon cable between power board and motor control board, or a problem with the ASIC of power board, or a problem with the motor control board.
