We can only provide the life time of RXG which depends to the mechanical and electrical durability. For RXG relay, mechanical durability is 10000000 cycle.
Please, refer to the catalog in attachment (see page 4, 5) there are some curves in order to determine the electrical durability of the device following the switching capacity and the use category.
