The Parallel Kit allows to connect the two UPS's output supply to the load through a common AC bus bar.
Both the UPS's will share the load equally when both the UPS's are working fine.
But if one UPS should fails, either through developing a fault or being taken out for maintenance, then the load will work on the other UPS.
