To see the Standard PC in target you need the Vijeo designer development to be licensed. If it is licensed then you can see one update button on Help--> About under License Tab.
Click on update and put the code VJDHTGTSPV62M for version 6.2 and click ok.
You will see Generic Windows PC series in target to create application to be downloaded in Standard PC.
