E19 is a CPU communications error (Communication error between control CPUs).
- Verify the internal cable connection between the boards.
- Check the connection to the ground.
- For the test, remove all the control wiring and cycle power. If the E19 fault goes away, reconnect one control wire at a time until the E19 fault appears again to see if a      control wire is shorted.
