Probable cause: Input socket issue, distorted input voltage, line voltage out of range.
1. Verify that the power cable plug is securely connected to the wall outlet;
2. Verify that the wall outlet is receiving utility power by checking it with another device;
3. Connect the UPS to different wall outlet;
4. Check whether any burnt mark is present on the input plug;
5. Ask the customer to connect the UPS to stabilizer and whether UPS is working on mains;
5. Input voltage should be between 145V-290V and frequency 50Hz;
6. Earth voltage shouldn't exceed 5v and Neutral line must be present without any break.
7. If the input supply is coming from generator, check the generator settings and capacity
After checking all the steps, then follow the below steps for Part Order creation
1.  If you see any burnt marks on the plug then create order for NBQ unit.
2. If there is no charging Light indication, then create order for PCB.
