Follow the below steps :
Set usernames and passwords for one Administrator and
four Users:
1. Select either the Administrator or User field.
2. On the User Setup screen, enter a username and a
unique password consisting of up to 15 alphanumeric
characters.
3. Re-enter the password in the Confirm field, and press
ENTER. Press ESC to return to the previous menu.
NOTE: To modify or delete an existing username or
password, press BACKSPACE to erase the characters.
CAUTION: For effective security, you must enter usernames
and passwords for four Users and the Administrator. If you
leave any username or password field blank, an
unauthorized user can log on without entering a username
and password.
