Reason for the Problem:

1.Input Voltage/Frequency not in the range.
2.Wave form type is not pure sine wave.
3.Input has noise/distortions[beyond the UPS level of acceptance]
4.Capacity of the generator is less below UPS capacity

Solution:

1.Make sure Input Voltage/Frequency is 230v and 50hz.
2.Wave form type is pure sine wave.
3.No Input noise/distortions.
4.Capacity of the generator should be 1.5 times more than UPS capacity
