The error message E20 / MC1 indicates an unknown motor control or power part.
This can happen if the firmware version is incompatible or the power board has an incorrect rating.
When this error message happens during operation both cannot be true. In this case the communication between the control board and the motor control had been interrupted.
The best thing is to change the control block and the motor control board.
