The M340  processors has a serial port that can be configured as RS485 but only supports the Modbus protocol or ASCII (Character Mode). It does not have the capability to communicate to a CAN J1939 device directly.
We have to use a third party gateway device that can translate communications between Modbus serial (or ASCII) to CAN J1939.
In Schneider we don't have this convertor.
