PTC is a specific resistance witch value increase greatly with temperature
(Positive Temperature Coefficient).
For ATS48 the recommended value of PTC 3x250 ohms at 25°C.
This input is incompatible with PT100 sensors
- Overheating or open circuit :
Trips if R> 2900 Ohms +/- 200 Ohms
Recover if R<1575 Ohms
- Short circuit
Trips if R< 17 Ohms
Recover if R> 24 Ohms
ATS48 does not make the difference between PTC in short circuit, PTC open, or
overtemperature of the motor, it trips always in "OTF" fault.
