The Template LOG is required for advanced troubleshooting of issues occurring in an ION meter.

Resolution

1. Navigate to setup assistant-->Template-->Send to meter
2. Hold "SHIFT" and click on send. The following Window appears.

3. The Template LOG is located in the following directory:

C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\ION Setup
