You can have protection using the parameter Protection Password. It is a parameter with all bit at 1(as default), it is READ ONLY because you can write ONLY one shot.
You can change this value to link your application to your real target hardware, by a parameter.
It is used by sysExecutionPassword Target blocks in the application.
If the password input of the block is equal to the Protection Password the execution of the application goes on, otherwise a watchdog reset occurs.
This functionality doesn't protect the downloading process of new programs inside the controller.
