This is for Vamp 200 relays (not Arc protection) ABB's SPA-ZC 17 is a Bus connection module, which is not powered from the SPA device
(e.g. VAMP relay) but instead it has its own internal power supply. SPA-ZC 17 is normally
connected to a SPA device with a cable which has 9-pin D-connectors in both ends and
direct connection between pins 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 9.
When SPA-ZC 17 is connected to a VAMP relay (REMOTE port with TTL interface) the
wire in pin number 4 must be cut.
