GOOSE data is multi-casted to the Ethernet network. The multicast MAC Address, Application ID and Configuration Revision are the main parameters when
routing the information from one relay to the other.
The MAC address used in GOOSE communication is independent of the MAC addresses of the relays in the Ethernet network.
