To enable the user account follow below steps.
1. In WorkStation, in the System Tree pane, select the Eco Struxure BMS server you want to configure.
2. Click the Control Panel tab.
3. Click Account management.
4. In the Domain list, select the domain the user account belongs to.
5. In the User Accounts list, select the user account.
6. Click Summary.
7. In Summary tab, in the Disabled box, select False to enable the account.
8. Click the Save button.
