To see the function call and the actual parameter values which causes the error:
Open the CallStack window (View->Call Stack)
Click on the POU name inside the Call Stack window
Check which piece of code is creating the error.
Check call stack error at the time of the exception .
Login into the controller and then Go to My controller >> Log >> Exception tab to see the log of the exceptions to check what is the reason of program going into exception.
