If upload option is disable in Unity Pro XL, check the below setting path is :

Tools ---> Project Settings----->General ----> PLC Embedded Data------> Upload Information

Check the "Upload Information". If you uncheck the setting, you won't be able to  transfer application from the PLC to PC . Also in Unity Pro XL "No Upload Info" is shown as per attachment.
