The maintenance code 2B005006 displayed on VIP400 with red status led permanently on means the VIP400 is on failsafe position and needs to be replaced.
The VIP400/410 error codes are restricted to internal use (R&D) so we cannot provide them to you and we do not have access to it. Each time you have this situation
(red status led permanently on with Error code xx), this means that VIP400 is on fail-safe position.
In this case, the VIP is no longer operational.
Replace this relay with the new one.
