Both in the Normal Mode default mode automatically scrolls for 5 secs  and custom screens automatically scrolls for 5 secs.

If you don't want the screens to scroll then login to Advanced Setup of the Meter through ION Setup.
Select the Display Option Modules and change from 5 sec to 0 to stop the screens from auto scrolling.

1. Nrm Mode Scrns Scrl Dly (Normal mode screen scroll delay)

This register contains the time (in seconds) that elapses between successive screens for the normal mode displays. Setting this register to 0 (zero) stops the screens from auto-scrolling.

1. Custom Scrns Scrl Dly (Custom screens scroll delay)

This register contains the time (in seconds) that elapses between successive custom display screens. Setting this register to 0 (zero) stops the screens from auto-scrolling.
