Follow the below
1. Power down the SP-C controller and wait for all LED’s to turn off.
2. On Reader 2, short the L1 & DO terminals (See attached) by removing the connector and inserting the Shorting Connector supplied for you.
3. Power up the SP-C controller and wait for 5 blinks on the Status LED from the SP-C. This may take a couple of minutes.
4. Remove the Shorting Connector and insert the original connector.
5. The controller has been reset.
