The Information Object Address (IOA) parameter is the IEC 60870-5 address for the point. It needs to be a unique value from 1 to 65535. 6553565535.
The Application Service Data Unit (ASDU) parameter is the type of Application Service Data Unit for the point. The valid ASDU types for binary points are:
