Please follow below steps:
1. In Web Reports, on the menu bar, click Images .
2. In the Manage Images page, in the Image file box, enter the image file that you want to upload.
3. In the Image tag box, select a tag to identify the image in the image database.
4. In the Image name box, type a name for the image.
5. Click Save.
6. In the Left image box, select the image that you want to position on the upper left side of the report.
7. In the Right image box, select the image that you want to position on the upper right side of the report and click Save.
