Yes, MET148-2 has only 3 input for RTD.
4 wire RTD can be used with MET148-2. Just ignore/don’t connect the 4th wire.
The drawback is, 4 wire RTD has better accuracy than 3 wire RTD, so we can not take the advantage of 4 wire RTD.
But, with a 4-wire RTD, you can cut off one of the wires/leads as close to the RTD resistor as possible.
