It indicates that currently hosted under another BMS Server. Follow below steps:
- Login to the EBO (> v2.0).
- Delete the SmartX IP controller from IP Network.
- Click AS-P and go to Device Discovery.
- Select BACnet devices from the drop-down list.
- SmartX IP Controller will appear in device discovery.
- Right click the controller and select 'clear host information'.
- Login to the SmartX eCommissioning Tool. Now all the parameters can be accessed and modified.
