After logging to the MP series controller using eCommissioning Tool, it is not possible to change anything and all settings appeared to be read-only.

It indicates that currently hosted under another BMS Server. Follow below steps:

Login to the EBO (> v2.0).
Delete the SmartX IP controller from IP Network.
Click AS-P and go to Device Discovery.
Select BACnet devices from the drop-down list.
SmartX IP Controller will appear in device discovery.
Right click the controller and select 'clear host information'.
Login to the SmartX eCommissioning Tool. Now all the parameters can be accessed and modified.
