Is there any risk if we use Line choke for ATV930 drives
In fact there is no risk to use the line choke. But ATV930 have integrated choke (DC choke) to reduce the THDi.

Additionnal choke at the input will generate a voltage drop, and it is possible to not have the nominal voltage at the output for the motor.

Morever In case of High Impedance source (generator),Impedance is normal high compare to standard network.
If you increase impedance, then you will decrease THDi ,but DC bus can be unstable (due to resonance).ATV600 and ATV900 have a integrated choke ,
so it maybe not advance to add another line choke in this case ,but it should be better to understand more deeply why it needs to add line choke.
